Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your GlowGrow product, we’re here to help.
    •    30-Day Return Policy: You can return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
    •    Conditions for Returns:
    •    The product must be in its original condition with all parts and accessories included.
    •    A proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
    •    How to Initiate a Return:
    1.    Contact our customer support team via chat or email.
    2.    We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
    3.    Ship the product back to us, and we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Warranty

GlowGrow products are built to last, and we stand behind our quality with a comprehensive warranty.

3-Year Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

    •    Structural defects in the planter.

    •    Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

    2.    If the issue is covered, we’ll repair or replace your product at no charge.
